　私たちは花と緑に囲まれた健康的で良い環境を訪れる人に提供し楽しんでいただきたいと思います。そして同時にここを環境と健康の情報発信基地にしたいと願っています。
宿泊施設　ACCOMMODATION
　ツインベッドルーム（バスルーム付き、３人まで収容可）　１室
　ダブルベッドルーム（シャワールーム、　　　〃　　　）　１室
注）宿泊には朝食が付きます。自然食でナチュラルワイン付きの昼食、夕食も可能です。
　　　すべて予約が必要です。各お部屋の広さはおよそ20畳（33平方メートル）です。
アーティストレジデンス　ARTIST RESIDENCE
　アーティストの滞在には特別の割引制度や交換滞在制度などもあります。また作品展示のためなど必要に応じて地域の画廊なども紹介します。

　春　　各種畑の準備、種蒔き、１年分の薪作りなど

　秋　　ブドウの収穫祭（ビンディーマ）、オリーブ収穫祭、各種収穫、ジャム作りなど
　冬　　ブドウ畑、オリーブ樹、果樹、庭木などの剪定と手入れ

We wish the visitors enjoy the healthy and clean environment full of green and flowers, and here may be an informative base on environment and health.

Double bedroom(with shower room; capacity 3 persons) x1
NB: Lodging includes breakfast. Lunch or dinner with natural food and natural wine is available. All need reservation. Each room has ±33m2 in area.

ARTIST RESIDENCE
The Quinta provides space for artists residence. Exchange free of charge is also possible for a similar situation in another country. Regional galleries will be introduced if necessary.

ATRACTION
Hiking, Cycling, Tennis, Sea(20Min.by car), Participation in farm tasks, Bird-watching, Firefly-watching, Star-watching, Botanical hobbies etc.

Healthy Cuisine: Courses of Sushi, Tofu, Soba, Wild Mushrooms etc.
Home medicine: Courses of Shiatsu, Reiki, Yoga etc.

ANNUAL FUNCTIONS IN QUINTA
Spring: Preparation of fields, Seeding, Forest Cleaning, Gardening, etc.
Summer: Crop of wheat, Forest cleaning and patrol, Cutting of Firewood etc.
Autumn: Crop festival of Grapes(Vindima), Crop festival of Olives, Crop of Soybeans, Azuki beans, Soba(Buckwheat) etc.
Winter: Pruning and Trimming of Vineyard, Olive Trees, Fruit trees etc.
